The driver bit end id designed straight and it prevents bit from popping out.

Thanks to the wide wings , an inward force acts which prevents Cam out phenomenon and screw driving force could increase when torque is applied.

  • Straight design improved work efficiency. There is no wobbling bit in fastening
  • The drive area is wide and driving force per drive area is low. so the screw recess hardly get damaged.
  • The screw driving force per drive area is low. so bit wear is minimized and life would be extended.
  • The perfect fit between the driver bit and screw recess stabilizes quality of screw tightening.
  • Thanks to the large drive area, it is effective for the process of maintenance and recycling.

  • Due to the design the fit between the drive bit and screw recess is poor and the driver bit easily wobbles.
  • The drive area is small and the screw driving force per drive area is high, so the recess easily gets damaged.
  • The screw driving force per drive area is high, so the bit wears easily and its life is short.
  • The fit between the driver bit and screw recess is poor which causes screw tightening errors.
  • In the process of maintenance or recycling and hard remove due to its small drive area.
