Feature
With a built-in torque sensor, pass / fail judgment is performed each time a screw is tightened.
It is possible to detect screw tightening defects such as insufficient torque, screw floating, and diagonal tightening, which are difficult to judge visually.
The screw tightening work data can be output to a PLC or PC.
You can control the forward / reverse / rotation speed of the driver from the outside.
* In addition to this machine, the control unit judgment device "PG-01" and the interface "PGF-SUBBOX" are required.
