Freely set a variety of screw tightening operation patterns on up to 8 channels.
This operation box controls the BLFA series and PGFA series with multi-assignable channels that can set up to 8 screw tightening conditions.
It is equipped with action modes that support a variety of applications, including forward and reverse rotation, pre-tightening with a specified rotation speed, two-stage automatic speed adjustment, and a mode that reverses the rotation a specified number of rotations after seating. An error check function that checks the number of pulses and the operation time determines pass/fail, preventing the outflow of defective products.
In addition to outputting screw tightening operation data, various settings and driver operation can also be controlled via serial communication.
