Notice : Regarding Temporary Suspension of Product Orders Due to Rare Earth Supply Interruption

Due to export restrictions on rare earths by China, it has become impossible to procure them domestically. Consequently, it is difficult to obtain the motors that we have primarily secured through domestic procurement, which is disrupting the production of certain products.
Therefore, we deeply regret to inform you that, once our current inventory is depleted, we will temporarily suspend accepting new orders for the affected products.
For existing orders, we will handle them while checking inventory and procurement status. Additionally, we will propose alternative models depending on your application and specifications, so please feel free to consult your sales representative if necessary.
We will provide another update as soon as the supply situation improves and
an outlook for resuming orders is established. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
